Robert Half Executive Assistant in Boulder, Colorado

Description We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team in Boulder, Colorado. The role involves a range of tasks including property management, philanthropy work coordination, travel arrangements, and administrative duties. This role is a temporary position with a focus on in-office work.

Responsibilities:

• Manage properties located in Boulder, including coordinating maintenance and operations

• Assist with philanthropy work, specifically related to adolescent well-being

• Coordinate scheduling of donation operations and manage calendars

• Coordinate for trust and board meetings

• Efficiently research and book travel for executives

• Be on-call for emergencies as needed

• Assist with calendar management for the CEO and Executive Director, including scheduling and adjusting meetings

• Book travel arrangements including flights and hotels as required

• Order office supplies and purchase supplies from local stores when necessary

• Coordinate building management tasks including liaising with third parties for any necessary repairs

• Water office plants on a weekly basis

• Utilize skills in Concur, CRM, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Outlook, About Time, Calendar Management, Correspondence, C-Suite, and Documentation Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suites, and Microsoft Outlook.

• Experience in using Concur for expense management.

• Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.

• Proven skills in calendar management and scheduling.

• Ability to manage correspondence effectively and professionally.

• Knowledge of the C-Suite and ability to interact with high-level executives.

• Experience in handling various forms of documentation.

• Proven track record of working with 'About Time' software for efficient time tracking.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

• High level of discretion and confidentiality.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
