Coconino County Public Works is seeking a Trades Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years experience in road maintenance, and snow removal and must be capable of running all road maintenance equipment.Minimum Qualifications: Three years experience in functional area, including one year of supervisory experience, OR, any combination of education, training, and experience, which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Additional Requirements: Must have a valid drivers license; if hired from out of state, must obtain an Arizona driver\'s license within 30 calendar days of hire and maintain it throughout employment. Final job offer will be contingent upon a satisfactory 5-year Arizona Motor Vehicle Report.Class A CDL with tanker endorsement; Mining Safety and Health Association (MSHA); First Aid/CPR; Flagging; Supervisor\'s Academy. Preferred Qualifications: good leadership skills, ability to train others, great communication to supervisors and crew members, ability to supervise teams in absence of Division Supervisor.
