Lead the development of Crestron’s products and services from embedded IoT devices to the Cloud, to new applications integrating with some of the hottest tech around, working with product management and development teams to bring concepts into reality. Drive architectural and design choices and invent new features. Utilize vision to see opportunities, anticipate problems, and identify solutions. Translate the visions communicated by business and market requirements into detailed technical product specifications. Work with developers to translate product specifications into high quality designs and implementations. Recommend alternative technical & business approaches and collaborate with other Systems/Software Architects to leverage skills and ensure consistency in designs. Develop standards that can be re-used in other product specifications and designs. Lead technical aspects of system development and integration and ensure that relevant technical strategies, policies, standards, and practices are applied.Requires a Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering plus two years of experience as a SAP Technology Architect, Technical Program Manager, Software Systems Engineer, or Software and Firmware Engineer with experience in object-oriented design and languages.
